Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales and services provided by Just ABS Pumps (justabspumps.com.au). By placing an order, you accept these terms in full. No variation or alteration to these terms shall be valid unless agreed to in writing by the Company.

2. Warranty Information

2.1 Electrical Components

All electrical items, including ABS pumps, modules, sensors, and control units, come with a 30-day warranty, unless stipulated otherwise in writing. All electrical items are replacement warranty only. NO REFUNDS are given on electrical items.

2.2 Brake Components

All brake components, including calipers, rotors, pads, and master cylinders, are covered by a 3-month parts replacement warranty only.

2.3 Other Parts

All other items are covered by a 3-month parts replacement warranty only.

2.4 General Warranty Conditions

All warranties are parts only.

In the event of a warranty claim, the Company will not be held responsible for any:

• Consequential loss or damage

• Labour costs

• Towing costs

• Loss of income

• Downtime costs

• Any other costs incurred due to failure of any parts sold

3. Warranty Void Conditions

Warranty will be void and no claim will be recognized where such failure has occurred due to:

• Incorrect or lack of lubricant or fuel

• Overheating or timing tab missing

• Failure to carry out proper maintenance

• Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or dismantling

• Improper installation and/or application

• Accident damage, overloading, or misuse

4. ABS Pumps and Brake Components – Additional Conditions

ABS pumps and brake components are sold as complete units. Any accessories supplied are for your convenience only. If you choose to use our accessories, they are not covered by warranty and may or may not be suited to your vehicle. We recommend transferring your existing accessories to the replacement part. We are not liable for labour costs for the transfer and/or warranty on these items.

5. Warranty Claim Process

In the event of a claim, the Company reserves the right to recover any costs involved in:

• Dismantling

• Inspecting repairs

• Out-of-pocket expenses

• Freight charges

In the event of a dispute, an agreed mutual third party may be obtained to adjudicate the claim. All claims must be accompanied by an official receipt.

6. Disclaimer

The Company will not be held responsible for any verbal or implied representation. By installing our products, you release Just ABS Pumps from liability for:

• Labour costs

• Towing costs

• Any other costs due to failure of any parts supplied by us

7. Returns Policy

7.1 Return Conditions

• No returns after 7 days from the date of invoice

• No returns on cut sections

• Any special buy-ins will not be accepted for credit

• Any parts that have been dismantled or pulled apart are void of all return or warranty claims

• All Special Order Items are NON-returnable

7.2 Return Shipping

Returns will only be accepted if the item is returned to our premises with freight pre-paid, unless prior arrangements are made with the Company. The Company reserves the right to make the final decision on choice of freight company and/or charges incurred.

8. Freight & Delivery

Interstate and international freight can be arranged on behalf of the customer. Goods are deemed to have left our possession and the customer is deemed to have taken possession after the goods have:

• Left our premises via freight companies

• Left our driver’s possession

Any goods in transit to the customer are the customer’s responsibility, including:

• Freight costs

• Insurance

• Any other associated costs

9. Customer Responsibilities – Protecting Your Warranty

To protect your warranty, you agree to do the following. Failure to do so will void any warranty given.

9.1 Brake Fluid and System Check

Brake fluid should be checked and replaced if contaminated. The braking system should be inspected for leaks and proper function. Receipts of this work will be sufficient proof and may be requested upon any warranty claim.

9.2 Belts and Hoses

Renew all belts, hoses, and related components where applicable.

9.3 Diagnosis

Wrong diagnosis of vehicle faults strictly results in a non-refund or a non-returnable item, especially for electrical items. Other items may come under a consideration credit note, but that is at our own discretion.

10. Acknowledgment

By placing an order with Just ABS Pumps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above Terms and Conditions. You agree to our 7-day return policy as of the date stipulated on the invoice. You agree that by installing our products, you release Just ABS Pumps from liability for labour, towing, and any other costs due to failure of any parts supplied by us.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Please review these terms periodically.
